Yes. Our gift boxes feature genuine vintage china, carefully selected to give beautiful pieces from the past a new life.
Where known, we'll share details about the maker, pattern, approximate age and history of your chosen china within the individual product description and on the provenance card included with your gift.
Because our china is vintage, every piece has its own history and character.
Traditional manufacturing methods can result in tiny inclusions, specks or irregularities within the glaze, while some pieces may show light signs of age or previous use.
We think these little differences are part of what makes vintage china so special. Any more significant marks or imperfections will be clearly described and photographed on the individual product page, so you know exactly what you're buying.
Your china will be in the pattern shown. Where we have several sets of the same pattern, we photograph a representative set rather than each one individually.
As these are vintage pieces, small variations in decoration, gilding and signs of age may occur.
We source vintage china from a variety of places, including antique shops, auctions, vintage markets and private collections, carefully choosing pieces to be enjoyed and treasured again.

Yes! When you add a gift box to your cart, a pop up message asks if you want to add a personalised message, which is handwritten on a branded card and placed in the box. You can also select a poem card for the occassion if you wish.

We deliver across the UK, Europe, USA and Canada.

Where biscuits cannot be sent due to a destination country's import restrictions, they will be replaced with an additional premium tea sachet.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. UK delivery typically takes 2-4 working days to deliver items.
International delivery times vary by destinations and may be affected by customs clearance. Please note that orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, local taxes and handling fees, payable by the recipient.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. For items delivered within the UK, postage and packaging is free.

Yes, please enter the recepient’s shipping details at checkout.
We do not include invoices in our parcels and instead, this is sent to the person making the order via email when the order is fulfilled.
Our vintage china gift sets are nestled in tissue paper inside a luxury floral keepsake box, ready to gift. When you add your box to your cart, you will be asked if you have a preference on the colour of tissue paper and ribbon.
Each set is carefully packed with protective materials to help your china arrive safely.

Selected gift boxes include premium tea sachets and individually wrapped biscuits. Please check the individual product listing to see exactly what's included with your chosen gift.
Biscuit varieties may vary according to availability.
Biscuits are supplied in their original sealed manufacturer's packaging.
The varieties shown contain WHEAT (GLUTEN), MILK, EGG and SOYA and may contain traces of NUTS and SESAME.
Ingredients and allergen information are printed on each individual packet and should always be checked carefully before consumption, as manufacturers may change their recipes.
If the recipient has a food allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering and we can replace biscuits with tea pillows instead.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before dispatch.
Changed your mind? Please let us know within 14 days or receiving your order, then return it within a further 14 days. Please pack the china securely to protect it in transit. Return postage is at your own expense.
For a full order return, we’ll refund your purchase and standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of posting, whichever is sooner.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can put things right. We will cover any necessary return postage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
